David was very clear and allowed me to understand my own strengths and weaknesses. When talking to David he can see that I have a clear plan in my head, but told me that I didn’t know how to execute that plan into reality which I appreciated because he doesn’t sugar coat anything he says and comes across honest when he is talking to you, also his passion when talking is very refreshing.
